The Military Healthcare is among the oldest services in the Polish Armed Forces as the tradition of medical care dates back to the Middle Ages. In the space of ages, monarchs and army leaders attached increasing importance to medical care which involved the use of adequate and operational movable and fixed medical equipment. As the martial art progressed, medical care had to keep up with that ongoing development.

We are happy to inform that the 7th day of March 2014 marked an official opening of the modernised and refurbished Nuclear Medicine Laboratory at the 10th Military Research Hospital in Bydgoszcz.

On 4 October 2013, the 10th Military Research Hospital and Polyclinic, Independent Public Healthcare Centre, Bydgoszcz, hosted the Military Ordinary Bishop of Poland Józef Guzdek, who was personally greeted by the Commanding Officer of the Hospital Col Krzysztof Kaspzak, MD PhD. The meeting was also attended by hospital chaplains, most notably father Col Zenon Surma, canon, who is the Dean of the Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support.
